Customers may e-mail their purchase order to orders@kipuk.com. Upon receipt of the order, a member
of our KC3 team will send an order confirmation the same or following business day

Order Shipments

Parts or consumable orders received by 3 pm EST will normally ship the same business day. Special requests
made after 3 pm will be evaluated on an individual basis for same day shipping, but normally will be shipped
the following business day.
